Providing Housing and Support Services

Mohawk Opportunities' Apartment Program serves 39 individuals at scattered sites.  Individualized goals are developed to promote independence and stabilized recovery.  Services and intensity of staff support are based on individual need.  Emergency beeper service is provided on a 24-hour basis.  Based on availability and approval, individuals may have their dependents live with them.
