Mohawk operates three transitional group homes featuring 24-hour staff support, rehabilitative services, and service linkages.

Jones Home: Established in 1973.  Capacity: 9 beds.

Emmanuel House: Established in 1978.  Capacity: 10 beds.

Curry House: Established in 1980.  Capacity: 13 beds.
