Providing Housing and Support Services

Mohawk provides individualized services in group homes and apartment programs.  Staff assistance is available 24 hours a day.  Some of the many services provided include independent living skills training, supportive counseling and service linkages. 

Eligibility: Schenectady County residents, 18 years of age or older, with a primary diagnosis of mental illness.
